The short version: this site runs no advertising trackers of its own, stores no account data, and the quickest ways to reach the studio — WhatsApp, Instagram, email — happen on services you already use, under their rules.

What this site collects
- Nothing you type stays on our server. The site is static. The commission session (the quote flow) runs entirely in your browser; your answers are used to compose a summary you choose to send.
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, pages requested) for security and operations.
- Hosting performance scripts. Our hosting provider (GoDaddy) may inject a performance-monitoring script into pages it serves. That script is theirs, not ours; its data practices are covered by GoDaddy's privacy policy, and it can be opted out of through their hosting support.
When you contact us
- WhatsApp — tapping a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp with a message you can edit before sending. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp/Meta's terms and privacy policy.
- Instagram — same principle: the conversation happens on Instagram, under Meta's policies.
- Email inquiry — the project-inquiry form opens your own email app with a pre-filled draft. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in your own mail program, and the message goes directly to the studio's inbox.
- Payments — deposits are taken through Revolut's hosted checkout or by bank transfer. We never see or store card numbers; payment data is handled by the payment provider under its own policy.
What we do with project information
Information you send us about your brand and project is used to scope, produce and deliver your film, and for the bookkeeping the law requires. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
Portfolio use
Founding commissions include a portfolio feature — the finished film, your brand name and your logo may appear in the Afterama archive and as case-study material. This is part of the founding offer and is acknowledged during commissioning; if you need your film kept private, raise it with the director before production and we'll agree terms in writing.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies for tracking or advertising. Third-party services linked above (WhatsApp, Instagram, Revolut, and the host's monitoring script) may set their own; their banners and policies apply.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you — in practice, the messages and project files you've sent us. Message the studio and we'll act on it.
This policy is written in plain language and in good faith; it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need contractual privacy terms for your organisation, ask the director before commissioning.
